Our client, one of the most important consultancies in the world is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join the Financial team.
The primary function of this role is to work as part of a busy Finance function in the position of Accountant, focused on AP, GL and treasury activities.
Función
The main responsibilities will include:
· Responsible for the Payables process. Including ensuring all invoices and payments are recorded and reconciled properly and on time and dealing with supplier inquiries.
· Supervision of the expense reports review process.
· Ensure policy compliance for cash, purchasing management and travel expense.
· Prepare Bank reconciliation.
· Manual booking of multi-line invoices.
· Responsible for preparing and uploading administrative information in the clients websites.
· Support Yearly Audit.
· Respond to ad-hoc requests from Finance Managers and Officers -this may involve analysis and interpretation of data related to the T&B and our accounting systems.
Requisitos
Requirements:
· University degree in Accounting – Finance – Business Administration.
· 2 years of payables or general accounting experience.
· Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
· Knowledge with principles, procedures and practices of general accounting.
· Experience with Oracle and/or SAP. Experience with other ERPs will also be valued.
· Attention to detail and well organised.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Flexibility in working hours with ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement and initiative.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
