Our client, one of the top global consultancies in the world, is looking for an Executive Assistant in Madrid to provide high-level executive support for assigned partners and other departments.

Función

Agenda and travel coordination: mantain calendars and make travel arragements.
Communication: anwer to email, correspondence, telephone, and all kinds of contacts. Take notes and report messages, follow-up meetings and mantain contact with clients and other departments.
Organize and attend meetings and conferences as appropriate: schedule and book the meetings, arranging special needs and organazing events.
Budget and invoice assistance: assist with the billing and the invoicing.
Coordinate and cooperate with other EAs to ensure that work is completed to highest standard and quality: support other members or teams at request.
Participate in internal projects and committees as assigned or requested.
Help partners in personal administrative work/logistics if requested.

Requisitos

Fluent in English and Spanish, oral and written.
University degree.
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in similar role, reporting to top management.
Experience in an international environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Affinity with IT supporting tools.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics and good analytical skills.

Oferta

We offer a salary around 34.000€ per year, bonus, health insurance and other benefits.

Información

Hybrid working model with office in the centre of the city and possibility of home office 1 or 2 days a week.
