Key Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Oman and the assigned territory.
Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing and delivery.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
Requisitos
Requirements
Based in Oman (preferred).
Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or fertilizers.
Knowledge of plant nutrition, crops, and fertigation techniques is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and professional.
Willingness to travel within Oman and the GCC region.
