Our client, a very important consultancy company is looking for an intern to join their Financial team in Madrid.
Función
The selected candidate will work within the Finance Team, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations:
· Support the case management team in the case opening process, economic analysis, and coordination with client officers and local legal advisors for contract procurement.
· Manage client work-in-progress, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in compliance with contracts and firm DSO targets, while monitoring accounts receivable.
· Collaborate with Finance and Staffing teams to track investments, project performance, and profitability.
· Develop and prepare revenue backlog reports and forecasts.
· Monitor weekly billability and financial performance.
· Optimize financial processes and policies.
· Conduct ad hoc financial analysis tailored to client needs.
· Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
Requisitos
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities).
Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
1 years of experience in project control.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning abilities.
High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and responsibility.
Oferta
We offer an internship contract of 6 months + 6 months with a salary of 17.094€ per year.
Información
Office in centre of Madrid and the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.
23 days of vacation per year.
