We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) to work closely with teams and managers to attract and retain top talent, contributing to the ongoing success of an international company in the chemical sector. This in-house recruitment role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders and drive key recruitment strategies.
Función
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the candidate sourcing strategy for assigned positions.
Leverage digital tools, databases, and social networks to source talent for critical roles.
Build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates, establishing yourself as an expert in the field.
Create effective sourcing strategies and communication materials to enhance the company’s brand among target audiences.
Assess candidates to ensure their qualifications and competencies align with the organization’s needs.
Identify industries, companies, professional associations, and educational institutions to proactively build a talent pipeline.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview and selection process.
Promote the company’s employer brand to build and maintain its reputation as a top workplace.
Stay curious and explore new sourcing channels and technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in German and English. Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and manage time effectively.
Previous experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer, ideally with experience in recruitment marketing.
