Our client, Emissary Cosmetics, company specialized in the development and manufacture of innovative technology and products for the cosmetic, veterinary and pharmaceutical sectors, needs to incorporate an International Sales Manager in San Sebastian.


•Achieve/exceed annual revenue targets for assigned territory by leveraging relationships to further penetrate existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in the bio/pharmaceutical research and development, and manufacturing markets.

•Identify and secure sales opportunities through sales visits, phone calls, and presentations.

•Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities.

•Generate new business consistent with our market focus, operational capabilities, and laboratory capacity.

•Use experience to mentor colleagues on the Business Development team.

•Experience selling cosmetic ingredients. Practical lab experience with a biotech/pharma company would be a plus.

•Regularly liaise with the Director to update on Leader business plans, progress on sales and recruitment, team motivation/activities, and any issues.

•Guide and influence sales promotions, attend planning meetings and integrate sales promotions and event planning effectively to ensure implementation success in Emissary.


What we look for:

•Robust people management in complex structures that can demonstrate ability to adapt style and communicate at all levels.

•Proven track record within a sales or business development role.

•Confident presenter to large groups and at all levels in the business.

•Competent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Basic minimum qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in sciences or M.B.A. in marketing/business or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major).

•At least two years bio/pharmaceutical sales, project management, or drug development experience, preferably in the cosmetic ingredients sector.

•High level of English (international dialogue).
