As a Junior Site Manager, you will assist Project Managers and Site Managers in overseeing high-voltage transmission line projects across Germany. You will take responsibility for various phases of the construction process, including site preparation, foundation construction, tower assembly, and cable installation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Participate in site management and project management for high-voltage transmission line projects (up to 380 kV).
• Create site documentation, project descriptions, and risk assessments.
• Assist with regulatory approval processes and property damage claims.
• Maintain internal and external communication with project stakeholders.
• Oversee the technical and economic aspects of subprojects, ensuring they stay within budget.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in selecting optimal assembly methods and coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Represent the company in interactions with customers and project partners.

Your Profile:

• Technical training or a degree in a related field.
• Some experience in transmission line construction or similar fields, including internships.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong commitment, teamwork skills, and resilience.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel across Germany.

Language Requirements:

• German: Native level or at least B2.
• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency at least B1.
• English knowledge is an advantage.
