Key Account Manager Germany – remote

At Claire Joster International, we are looking to incorporate a Key Account Manager for one of our main clients in the technology sector. The selected person will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the automotive and industrial sectors, working remotely from Germany. This position combines a strategic and commercial approach with a strong technical focus on quality control and vision inspection solutions.

Función

•    You will manage and develop strong relationships with key clients in the automotive and industrial sectors.
•    You will identify client needs, challenges, and goals, providing tailored quality inspection and vision solutions.
•    You will manage the full sales cycle, from account management to contract negotiation and closing.
•    You will conduct regular visits to key client departments (purchasing, maintenance, production) to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
•    You will organize and present technical product demonstrations.
•    You will collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to implement account-specific strategies.
•    You will provide post-sales support and identify additional product integration opportunities.
•    You will prepare and present account and sales reports to senior management, sharing client feedback and market insights.

Requisitos

•    Experience in account management, business development or sales, preferably in the automotive, industrial automation, or manufacturing sectors.
•    Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•    Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
•    Languages: German (native or fluent) + Fluent English.
•    Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
•    Willingness to travel regularly within Germany to meet clients and attend industry events.
