Introdução
The Change Analyst is responsible for analysing and coordinating changes to a company’s technological systems and infrastructures. They are responsible for validating that the conditions are met so that the changes can be implemented with the least possible impact on ongoing operations.
Função

Validate and evaluate documentation and specifications before any major change to an application (version update, infrastructure change, etc.);

Organise and conduct weekly meetings to assess the risks presented by changes and decide whether they should be followed up;

Monitoring problem resolution until it is resolved;

Updating forms and documentation in line with new directives;

In the event of his absence, take over the duties of the Change Manager.
Requisitos
Technical:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, including networks, systems, and applications.
- Experience with change management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Prosci).
- Knowledge of change management software and ticketing systems.
Analytical:
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Project management and risk assessment skills.
Interpersonal:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prosci) are a plus.

- Initiative and proactivity.
Languages:
- English and Frech are mandatory.
