- Develop a strategic and tactical plan to ensure the client’s vision is implemented effectively, balancing top-line growth with positive unit economics.
- Optimize sales processes and strategies for growth and customer lifetime value, aiming for positive net revenue retention over three years.
- Establish processes for positive net revenue retention within the existing customer base.
- Utilize analytics and business intelligence to make data-driven decisions, measure effectiveness, and refine tactics.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies for existing and potential new markets.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands and drive growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile, their pain points, and the solutions offered.
- Analyze and iterate growth strategies with a holistic view of the SaaS and DaaS business model.
Oversee the growth budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI maximization.
