Our client, a leading company specializing in large-scale industrial projects worldwide, is looking to strengthen its internal structure by hiring a Project Control Manager (m/f) for its office in Lisbon.

Função

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Project Controls & Analytics team to ensure high performance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and project control metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Standardize project control methodologies, reporting frameworks, and dashboards across projects.
  • Review and improve procedures in line with best practices and company requirements.
  • Integrate advanced tools and analytics (e.g., AI, Power BI) to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure system integration with ERP, Primavera, risk and change management, and cost databases.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, cost control processes, and WBS/CBS structures.
  • Support project managers with reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cost estimation teams to validate estimates and schedules.

Mission

The Project Controls & Analytics Manager will lead the Project Controls & Analytics team, ensuring the implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project planning, monitoring, and reporting for industrial projects. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to integrate advanced technologies to support data-driven decision-making.

Additional Information

  • Work Mode: 100% On-site, with 1 remote day per week

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Senior experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Refining, Mining, or Petrochemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership positions.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Results-driven, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • Residence in Lisbon area or willingness to relocate.
