Função

  • Lead and manage the three areas of the Sales Hub, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
  • Analyse complex data and transform it into practical strategies and clear stories for the business.
  • Develop training programmes on products, commercial skills and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategies, making knowledge a basis for good performance.

Requisitos

  • At least 5 years’ experience in team leadership roles.
  • Experience in *Financial Services and/or the Automotive sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to explain data clearly.
  • Strategic thinking and focus on results.
  • Proactivity, innovation and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Good communication skills for working with international teams.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools and experience in Agile environments (desirable but not mandatory).
