● CEO Advisory: Act as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO to define and execute the technology roadmap;

● Product Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Head of Product, providing healthy challenge and deep collaboration to balance rapid feature development with long-term architectural stability;

● Technology Strategy: Define the technical strategy and architecture, ensuring it remains future-proof, secure, resilient and aligned with the business strategy;

● Global Stakeholder Management: Represent the Technology department to internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and manage critical external vendor and partner relationships worldwide;

Global Team Management & Mentorship

● Distributed Leadership: Lead, mentor, and uplift a diverse team of onshore and offshore engineers and managers;

● Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit new elite technical talent to expand our existing high-performance team;

● Culture of Excellence: Foster an inclusive environment that prioritizes career development, accountability, and open communication;

Technical Execution & Innovation

● Architectural Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance for major projects, focusing on scalable, event-driven architectures and cloud-native systems;

● AI & Emerging Tech: Lead the Technology team to architect and integrate AI-powered solutions and machine learning into our global platform;

● Modern Practices: Drive the consistent use of Agile methodologies, DevOps workflows,and CI/CD pipelines to optimize delivery velocity;

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

● Risk Ownership: Manage and own technology risk across the entire organization, ensuring platform security and proactive mitigation of vulnerabilities;

● Infrastructure & Security: Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS) and manage cloud costs while ensuring compliance with industry standards;

● Transparency: Refine comprehensive technical documentation to streamline knowledge sharing and improve operational efficiency.
