Função
- Overseeing and coordinating the three functional teams within the Sales Hub, ensuring their objectives are fully aligned with the company’s overall strategy;
- Creating and executing initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and streamlining operational processes;
- Encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement supported by insights derived from data analysis;
- Interpreting complex data sets and converting findings into clear, actionable plans and persuasive business insights;
- Designing and delivering training initiatives focused on product expertise, sales-related soft skills, and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategic guidelines, positioning knowledge as a key driver of performance.
Requisitos
- At least five years of proven experience in people management positions;
- Previous exposure to the Financial Services and/or Automotive sectors.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful and engaging stories.
- Strong strategic vision combined with a clear focus on achieving results.
- A proactive, innovative, and flexible approach, well suited to a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI or comparable analytical tools, as well as familiarity with Agile ways of working (considered an advantage, but not essential).
