Função
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the vehicle and automation industry;
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts;
· Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs;
· Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions;
· Prepare and deliver sales proposals, and quotes, negotiating terms and closing deals;
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation;
· Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, reporting on sales activities and performance regularly.
Requisitos
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.);
· Minimum 1 year experience in technical sales, preferably within the vehicle or automation industry.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively;
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
