Claire Joster is currently seeking a Senior Manager | Real State | Industrial & Logistics  (M/F)  to lead, build, and drive the Industrial & Logistics practice within the Real Estate division of a leading multinational Audit and Consulting firm.

Função

Role Mission

Lead, develop, and structure the Industrial & Logistics area within the Real Estate division, taking full responsibility for defining the strategy, driving business growth, and positioning the company in this segment by leveraging existing assets and market opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

  • Define and implement the strategic plan for the growth of the Industrial & Logistics business line;
  • Identify market opportunities and new business streams;
  • Position the company as a reference player within this segment;
     

Business Development & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead the commercial activity for the Industrial & Logistics area;
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, investors, and strategic partners;
  • Leverage an established network within the market;
  • Identify and structure investment and transaction opportunities;
  • Present tailored solutions to clients with industrial and logistics assets;
     

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build and structure the Industrial & Logistics team;
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent;
  • Define the operating model and ways of working;
  • Lead, engage, and develop the team;
     

Project & Transaction Management

  • Lead transaction processes;
  • Coordinate complex projects within the segment;
  • Ensure efficient execution of operations;
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance:

Requisitos

Candidate Profile

  • Solid experience in the Real Estate sector, with a focus on Industrial & Logistics;
  • Proven track record in business development;
  • Experience in team leadership or strong leadership potential;
  • Strong market knowledge;
