Automation Design & Development

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization;
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA/BPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar;
• Create and maintain automation scripts, bots, and workflows that integrate with core systems (CRM, ERP, finance, and operations platforms);
• Ensure all automation solutions follow best practices in scalability, security, and maintainability.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and prioritize automation opportunities;
• Collaborate with IT, data, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with existing technology systems;
• Monitor and measure the performance of automation solutions, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements;
• Provide technical support and training to business users for automation tools and platforms.

Governance & Quality

• Establish and maintain automation standards, documentation, and governance processes;
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI);
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on deployed automations to ensure continued performance and reliability.

Innovation & Expansion

• Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies such as AI-driven workflow orchestration, machine learning integration, and process mining tools;
• Contribute to the development of the client broader automation strategy, scaling initiatives across departments;
• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through intelligent automation.
