– Use Git for proper version management, ensuring clean, organized, and collaborative repositories;
 – Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust features and reliable systems;
 – Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.

Code Quality & Performance
 – Write clean, testable, and maintainable backend code following best engineering practices;
 – Conduct regular testing, debugging, and performance optimization of backend services;
 – Ensure backend code meets high standards for security, reliability, and scalability;
 – Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines when needed.
