Função
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.
- Manage day-to-day commercial communications, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and key performance milestones.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- Develop and execute structured growth plans for assigned accounts.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.
- Support pricing proposals and participate in commercial negotiations.
- Track revenue performance against agreed targets and objectives.
- Support pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.
- Act as the commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution capabilities.
- Drive internal accountability, transparency, and commercial visibility across departments.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pricing, revenue, and performance data.Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a strong plus.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, well-structured, and commercially driven approach to work.
- Creativity and a sales-oriented mindset, with proven focus on cross-selling and upselling.
