Função

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial communications, follow-ups, and client coordination.
  • Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and key performance milestones.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
  • Develop and execute structured growth plans for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.
  • Support pricing proposals and participate in commercial negotiations.
  • Track revenue performance against agreed targets and objectives.
  • Support pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.
  • Act as the commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution capabilities.
  • Drive internal accountability, transparency, and commercial visibility across departments.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pricing, revenue, and performance data.Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a strong plus.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, well-structured, and commercially driven approach to work.
  • Creativity and a sales-oriented mindset, with proven focus on cross-selling and upselling.
