Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector and is currently looking for a Construction Planner Scheduler to join its team.
Função
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the professional will assume the following responsibilities:
- Monitor, collect and approve the erection/installation progress at Site from Suppliers/Other Contractors;
- Monitor the erection/installation schedules of Suppliers/Other Contractors;
- Agree erection/installation sequences and dates with Suppliers/Other Contractors;

Validation of any developments, follow up and analysis of Project Planning of Industrial Project related to Oil&Gas;

Review and analysis of contractor schedules, supplier schedules, recovery schedules, time impact analysis or delay claims;

Evaluation of procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning;

Collect and Analyse information used to plan and schedule projects with cooperation of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management Teams;

Elaboration of Time Management & Scheduling reports, such as KPI´s;

Criation of graphics and/or tables illustrating information like Progress, Delay on Projects.
Requisitos
- Degree or bachelor’s in engineering;
- Work experience in industrial plant projects;
- Power, Oil & Gas, Refining or Petrochemical industries;
- Excellence using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and MS-Project);
- MS Office, with focus on Advanced Excel;
- Language skills: English, others (German, Portuguese, French) are beneficial;
- Availability to work in Sweden;
- Living in Portugal (preference in Lisbon);
- Soft skills: target oriented, team player.
