Função
- Implementation and identification of collaboration plans with the clients.
- Follow up the logistics requirements negociated with customers in order to guarantee customer satisfaction at optimal cost.
- Define the sales forecast of new products and promotional actions.
- Ensure the main KPIs: On Shelf Availability and Service Level on target.
- Work closely with respective sales staff as their internal contact point for customer requirements, including special projects, and/or product changes, etc.
- Interact with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to propose and implement solutions to customer challenges
Requisitos
- Experienced professional with University Degree and 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain: Customer Collaboration, Logistics, Demand and Planning.
- FMCG knowledge and main sales channels.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as high analytic skills.
- Efficiency and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Languages: Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
