Our client, with offices in Seixal, is a global consultancy company operating in education and health. It is currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist & E-commerce (m/f) for one of its brands.
Função
● E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our Shopify store to enhance the shopping experience and improve conversion rates;
● Digital Marketing Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase sales performance;
● Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics and user behavior to continuously improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates (CRO). Use A/B testing and other methodologies to maximize results;
● Innovation & Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and explore artificial intelligence (AI) in e-commerce to optimize processes, personalize customer experiences, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requisitos
● A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing will be highly regarded;
● 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing focused on e-commerce, with strong proficiency in Shopify;
● Strong experience in email marketing, SEO and content marketing tools;
● Proven success in SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies for online stores, with a focus on conversion optimization and ROI;
● Experience analyzing data and performance metrics for e-commerce, and a strong understanding of how to leverage data for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improving user experience;
● Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, social media managers) and excellent skills in priority management and thriving under pressure and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-commerce;
● Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions independently;
● Strong time management skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, multi-priority work environment;
● Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
● Fluent portuguese and english (mandatory).
