Introdução

Claire Joster is looking for a ERP Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (M/F)  for an Engineering and Construction company.

Função

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Supply Chain modules);
  • Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders across departments;
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations;
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration;
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks using structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid);
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations;
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.

Requisitos

  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with at least 3 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Proven expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing) modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, DevOps).
  • Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations, including fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
