Our client is a company specialising in FMCG. It is currently strengthening its team and looking for a Field Trainner Manger (m/f) to support its projects in Lisbon.

Função

  • Co-develop the local HC Learning Strategy.
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for HC Learning & Development.
  • Review and refine the current portfolio to meet organizational needs.
  • Create learning offers using formats like mentoring, e-learning, classroom training, and simulations.
  • Apply best practices in learning design.
  • Manage logistics and execution of training sessions.
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Build strong relationships with global/local L&D communities.
  • Advise departments on training delivery and usability of field tools.
  • Collaborate with field managers to support individual development.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Meet regularly with HC Leads/HRD to align on needs and progress.
  • Implement and monitor coaching frameworks.
  • Coach HC Advisors and Managers to enhance functional competencies.
  • Promote development initiatives as growth opportunities. 
  • Role model continuous learning through personal upskilling. 

Requisitos

  • Bachelor degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related fields).
  • Specialization in training, teaching techniques, coaching, and learning evaluation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in flield for pharma or medical visits. Very positive to have experience as a Field Trainner.
  • Proficient in digital tools, omnichannel strategy, CRM systems, etc. 
  • Strong results orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and change management capabilities. 
  • Ability to transform technical content into clear and applicable messages. 
  • Clear communication, empathy, collaboration, and leadership without direct authority. 
  • Adaptability, critical thinking, and a passion for people development.
