Função
- Own end to end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and delivering clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision making.
- Lead performance analysis vs budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, explaining variances, and monitoring cost structures and business performance to proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes improvement.
- Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, challenging assumptions, improving financial discipline, and supporting better decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality, helping drive automation, scalability, and higher standards across the company.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Good understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and BI tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with non-finance teams
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
