Claire Joster is looking for a Head of Business Development for a client operating in the real estate data and analytics sector.

Função

  • Define and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and market share across 5+ countries, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to create a playbook for market and client growth, tailored to each market’s dynamics.
  • Develop a strategic and tactical plan to ensure the client’s vision is implemented effectively, balancing top-line growth with positive unit economics.
  • Optimize sales processes and strategies for growth and customer lifetime value, aiming for positive net revenue retention over three years.
  • Establish processes for positive net revenue retention within the existing customer base.
  • Utilize analytics and business intelligence to make data-driven decisions, measure effectiveness, and refine tactics.
  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies for existing and potential new markets.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands and drive growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile, their pain points, and the solutions offered.
  • Analyze and iterate growth strategies with a holistic view of the SaaS and DaaS business model.
    Oversee the growth budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI maximization.

Requisitos

  • Proficiency in using BI and data analytics for growth.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and DaaS business models and products.

  • Experience scaling organizations through various growth phases.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in multicultural teams.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple growth initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to present growth strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
