HR Business Partner (m/f) – Lisbon

Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Financial Services area, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of an HR Business Partner (M/F).

Função

To act as an HR Business Partner with all areas of the company, understanding the business strategy and liaising with Heads of departments to identify HR needs considering the business objectives, and support in light of the capacitation and development of people to leverage the Departments deliveries and quality;

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and adherence to company policies. Leverage a feedback culture. Promote initiatives for employees engagement;
  • To support the talents program of the company, contributing to the design of people development plans by the Managers. Support a succession planning;
  • To support the performance reviews, and people development;
  • To identify training needs of employees, tailoring the training to the business and department needs, helping to increase employees capacitation, to support growth and efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations as well as Group Policies. Implement and update company policies as necessary to maintain legal and ethical standards;
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases for HR. To prepare the resource planning;
  • Prepare data for payroll process and exchange with the payroll external provider;
  • To evaluate and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, providing insights on industry trends and employees feedback;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making;
  • HR team and Sustainability team to promote diversity and equity across the organization.

Requisitos

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR departments and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner;
  • Degree in Human Resources, Management or any other qualification that meets the requirements for an HR Business Partner role;
  • Experience working in HR departments, liaising with all stakeholders to respond to the company needs;
  • Knowledge on labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders expectation;
  • Ability to work with HR data and analytics to make informed decisions;
  • High level of emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Work as a team player.
