Função

  • Overseeing and coordinating the three functional teams within the Sales Hub, ensuring their objectives are fully aligned with the company’s overall strategy;
  • Creating and executing initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and streamlining operational processes;
  • Encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement supported by insights derived from data analysis;
  • Interpreting complex data sets and converting findings into clear, actionable plans and persuasive business insights;
  • Designing and delivering training initiatives focused on product expertise, sales-related soft skills, and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategic guidelines, positioning knowledge as a key driver of performance.

Requisitos

  • At least five years of proven experience in people management positions;
  • Previous exposure to the Financial Services and/or Automotive sectors.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful and engaging stories.
  • Strong strategic vision combined with a clear focus on achieving results.
  • A proactive, innovative, and flexible approach, well suited to a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable analytical tools, as well as familiarity with Agile ways of working (considered an advantage, but not essential).
