Função
- Lead and manage the three areas of the Sales Hub, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Create and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Encourage continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
- Analyse complex data and transform it into practical strategies and clear stories for the business.
- Develop training programmes on products, commercial skills and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategies, making knowledge a basis for good performance.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years’ experience in team leadership roles.
- Experience in *Financial Services and/or the Automotive sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain data clearly.
- Strategic thinking and focus on results.
- Proactivity, innovation and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Fluent English.
- Good communication skills for working with international teams.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools and experience in Agile environments (desirable but not mandatory).
