- Incident Management: Manage the end-to-end restoration of service in infrastructure incidents, including communication.
- Problem Management: Manage problem task forces and problem committees with technical teams.
- Reporting: Produce various reports on the status of IT production.
- Rigor and a service-oriented mindset will be valued.
Requisitos
- Higher education in areas such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- Minimum two years of experience as an incident manager in production infrastructure.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL V4.
