Função

  • Incident Management: Manage the end-to-end restoration of service in infrastructure incidents, including communication.
  • Problem Management: Manage problem task forces and problem committees with technical teams.
  • Reporting: Produce various reports on the status of IT production.
  • Rigor and a service-oriented mindset will be valued.

Requisitos

  • Higher education in areas such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an incident manager in production infrastructure.
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL V4.
