Invoicing Trainee (m/f) – Lisbon

Introdução

Danone is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (m/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.

Função

  • Market and Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights for campaign development;
  • Project Management Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed within established deadlines and budgets;
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, shopper marketing, and media, to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment;
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement;
  • Development of Marketing Materials Assist in the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support marketing initiatives across different touchpoints;
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, such as agencies and suppliers, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of campaigns. 

Requisitos

  • Experience 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare sector;
  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects;
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Pharmaceutical Sciences;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA will be an advantage;
  • Technical Skills Solid knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and ability to analyze data and KPIs;
  • Behavioral Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments, strong organizational and time management skills and creativity and strategic thinking;
  • Languages Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (written and spoken).
