Claire Joster is looking for an IT Ops (m/f). Our client operates in the area of information technology services.
Função
- Integrate the production and infrastructure requirements into the scoping and produc backlog;
- Ensure that the product/project team is trained in the application of production best practices;
- Ensure the provision of production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions;
- Liaise with Production Support Applications to implement, monitor and facilitate service monitoring;
- Contribute to the maintenance of services in operational condition;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Production (automation, performance improvement, etc.).
Requisitos
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Experience of production operations and process management;
- Knowledge of risk management and cyber security;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Interpersonal skills to coordinate and motivate teams;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive.
