Introdução
Our client is a company specialized in the construction of large industrial projects. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an IT Program Manager (m/f) to support their global projects.
Função
- Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects;
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements and execution;
- Outlining, defining, and initiating the project;
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates;
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects;
- Evaluating standards of component products;
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary;
- Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget;
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards;
- Management and communication of key risks and mitigations;
- Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems;
- Ensuring the project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
Requisitos
- 3+ years experience in IT project management position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
- PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus;
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken). Fluency in other languages (Portuguese. German, French) is beneficial;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough knowledge of project management fundamentals;
- Understanding of solution development life cycle;
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills;
- Strong people-oriented skills.
