Our client is an Asset Management Company looking for an M&A Analyst (m/f) to complement their Investment Management Team.
Função
This professional will be responsible for:
· Support and participate in the Fund raising processes for the different funds and investment vehicles;
· Lead internal analysis and investment processes and projects in real estate, infrastructure and operational businesses;
· Participate in end to end deal execution process including targeting, initial screening, valuation, due diligence and portfolio management;
· Management of key transaction workstreams including direct liaison with key stakeholders and external partners;
· Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis;
· Prepare presentation documents to support internal and external decisions;
· Lead internal research processes for Business development.
Requisitos
· Degree in Finance, Economics or Management;
· 1- 3 years experience in M&A, consultancy, private equity or corporate finance;
· Understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics;
· Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
· Well-developed valuation, financial analysis and modelling skills;
· Proactive, autonomous and reliable person.
