Media & Digital Manager (m/f) – Lisbon

Introdução

Our client is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Media & Digital Manager (m/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.

Função

  • Define and activate comprehensive media and communication strategies;
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns;
  • Lead yearly negotiations to secure the best rates and placements;
  • Plan and execute traditional media campaigns ensuring maximum efficiency, coverage, and tracking;
  • Oversee digital media initiatives including display, programmatic, paid search (SEM/SEO), and paid social;
  • Manage content creation efforts such as podcasts and other digital formats;
  • Optimize eRetail media strategies to enhance online presence and sales;
  • Coordinate with media, digital, PR, and creative agencies to align strategies and deliverables;
  • Work closely with the Finance Marketing Controller to align on budget phasing and expenditures;
  • Monitor and report on the alignment of advertising and promotion (A&P) spending.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
  • Proven experience in media strategy, communication planning, and digital media management;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools, Social Media Management tools);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.
