Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Industry Sector, who aims to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of an OT Technician (m/f).
Função
- Provide technical support for OT systems used in manufacturing environments (industrial PCs, applications, data collection systems, SCADA/MES interfaces);
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial networks including IP addressing, NAT, port forwarding, and basic firewall rules;
- Support and maintain applications deployed on production lines, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution;
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, application behavior, and system performance;
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, automation, and IT teams;
- Participate in deployment, upgrade, and lifecycle management of OT assets;
- Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity and industrial standards;
- Document configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of OT support processes and industrial digitalization initiatives.
Requisitos
- Technical degree or higher education in Industrial IT, Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in OT, industrial IT, or technical support in manufacturing environments;
- Experience with industrial or OT networks (TCP/IP, NAT, Port Forwarding);
- Experience in application and system support within production environments;
- Familiarity with manufacturing companies (automotive industry is a plus);
- Basic knowledge of industrial PCs, Windows-based systems, network switches, and firewalls;
- Knowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity principles (is a plus);
- English (B2–C1) – mandatory;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
