Pharma Sales Representative (m/f) – Lisbon

Introdução

Our client is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Pharma Sales Representative (m/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.

Função

  • Promote and sell the portfolio in pharmacies and parapharmacies;
  • Leverage sell-out through pharmacists’ training and engagement;
  • Visit the allocated panel of pharmacies according to predefined frequency;
  • Identify the potential of the pharmacies and prepare meetings (targets, actions, activities) accordingly;
  • Analyze and follow the sell-in and sell-out performance of allocated pharmacies and bricks, identifying opportunities to target;
  • Negotiate and apply commercial conditions and buying targets to enhance sell-out;
  • Engage with key decision-makers in pharmacies (Technical Directors, buyers, category specialists, etc.);
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and activity KPIs, defining and implementing a quarterly plan by pharmacy to achieve targets;
  • Train pharmacists to proactively recommend the category and our portfolio.

Requisitos

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (desired in economics or pharmaceutical studies);
  • English proficiency;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacy sales representative (desired experience in the Consumer Health Care (CHC) market);
  • Ability to work with IT systems (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.);
  • Effective negotiation skills;
  • Strong empathy and engagement abilities: analytical skills, organized and structured, target-focused.
