Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Project Controls & Analytics team to ensure high performance and strategic alignment.
• Develop, track, and update project portfolio control metrics in line with business objectives.
• Define and manage KPIs for monitoring and assessing project performance.
• Review and enhance project control procedures based on best practices and industry benchmarks.
• Standardize project controls methodologies and reporting frameworks across all Proman E&C entities.
• Ensure alignment with Proman’s Programme Office guidelines.
• Build and maintain databases for KPIs related to productivity, cost, change management, HSE, QA/QC, and risk.
• Support all project phases, from Conceptual Design through to EPC Execution.
• Integrate advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, AI) to improve decision-making and reporting.
• Optimize project controls processes for ongoing and future projects (Conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED).
• Design and implement standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and WBS/CBS structures.
• Collaborate in the development of forecasting techniques and progress measurement methodologies.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and cost control tools, systems, and procedures.Work closely with the Cost Estimation team to develop estimation methodologies and validate cost/schedule data.
• Ensure full integration of project controls systems with ERP, Primavera OPC, and other key platforms.
• Coordinate with project managers and department leads to support project execution and performance reporting.
