Automation Development & Execution

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services;
• Expand and optimize the existing automation framework to improve test coverage and maintainability;
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment;
• Implement and manage testing tools, environments, and data to ensure consistent, repeatable test execution.

Quality Engineering & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and quality benchmarks;
• Identify, document, and track software defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution;
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed;
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on automation tools, best practices, and frameworks.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the evolution of the client overall QA strategy and quality engineering culture;
• Evaluate new tools and technologies that enhance test automation and efficiency;
• Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
