Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a european leader in Customer Experience and Business Solutions, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Recruiter – German/Dutch Speaker (m/f).
Função
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles;
• Source candidates through various channels;
• Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates;
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit;
• Manage the candidate interview process, including follow-ups, feedback and reference checks;
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages;
• Maintain candidate information up to date in applicant tracking system;
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future positions.
Requisitos
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent;
• Minimum of 6 month’s experience in similar roles;
• Experience with sourcing techniques;
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
• German or Dutch fluency (C1 level) and intermediate English (B2 level);
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
