Função
- Financial analysis of monthly results, evaluating brand performance and customer sales trends to support business decisions;
- Preparation of monthly reporting and continuous follow-up on performance KPIs to assess business health and efficiency;
- Support to top management in the preparation of strategy presentations, providing valuable insights for decision-making;
- Preparation of financial forecasts and simulations to help predict future financial performance and inform strategic choices;
- Construction of full and flash rolling forecasts, ensuring that the company has a clear and up-to-date view of its financial outlook.
Requisitos
- Degree in the areas of Management, Finance or Economics;
- Strong analytical skills with Excel;
- Strategic thinking and ability to propose recommendations to the business;
- Communication and relational skills, as well as evidence of proactivity and focus on
solutions; - Proactivity and curiosity in learning and contributing to the business;
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes or challenges.
