Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a company of automotive sector, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Sales & Administration Support (m/f) in Porto.
Função
- Collaborate closely with different brand teams.
- Utilize sales administration tools to support the management of commercial campaigns and bonuses.
- Track and manage the payment of bonuses for the dealer network, including addressing related claims.
- Oversee payments and verify the accuracy of incentives provided to B2B clients and leasing companies.
- Maintain direct communication with both B2B and B2C dealers.
- Handle and resolve claims, ensuring proper follow-up and providing feedback to dealers.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Financial or management skills not required, but strong analytical abilities and comfort with numbers are essential;
- Strong deadline management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and team-oriented mindset;
- Familiarity with reporting management tools and processes;
- Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1 level) due to frequent interaction with local customers (not end users);
- Solid experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
