Claire Joster is recruiting a Sales Manager (m/f) for a client that operates in the energy sector.
Função
Work in tandem with the Executive Team, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Key Accounts teams to achieve shared goals;
Combine market and customer insights with relationship-building skills to engage key stakeholders and project leaders within our target geographic areas;
Understand their organizational structure, key decision-makers, projects, budgets, and priorities to effectively qualify prospects;
Oversee the entire cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects, including proposal development;
Contribute to channel incentives, contract design, and implementation for partners;
Collaborate with the Product Development team to enhance existing features and create new ones based on customer input;
Ensure a seamless handover to the Key Account Management (KAM) team, maintaining ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle;
Contribute to the sales roadmap, develop sales processes, and support the growth of the Marketing & Sales team.
Requisitos
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field; or graduate studies in Energy.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Management (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
