Our client is a company specialized in the construction of large industrial projects for Oil&Gas. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Senior Time Scheduler (m/f) to support their project in Lisbon.
Função
Reporting to the Main Project Manager, this professional will be responsible for:

Validation of any developments, follow up and analysis of Time Scheduling of Industrial Project related to Oil&Gas;

Perform all aspect os Time Scheduling functions from Project development to final delivery;

Review and analysis of contractor schedules, supplier schedules, recovery schedules, time impact analysis or delay claims;

Evaluation of procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning;

Collect and Analyse information used to plan and schedule projects with cooperation of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management Teams;

Elaboration of Time Management & Scheduling reports, such as KPI´s;

Criation of graphics and/or tables illustrating information like Progress, Delay on Projects;
Main Goal:

Ensure the compliance with plans drawn up for each Project.
Requisitos
-
Degree or bachelor´s in Engineering;
-
At least 5 Years work experience in Industrial Projects;

Knowledge of Project Scheduling Tools (Primavera Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project);

Experience working with MS Office, with focus on Excel;
-
English and Portuguese speaker (mandatory) French is beneficial;

Target oriented and Teamplayer.
