Lisboa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Claire Joster is looking for a skilled Team Leader (m\/f) to become an integral part of a Customer Experience Client.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Apply a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition for all Advisors in the team, ensuring return to work and exit interviews are completed;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Continually review and monitor work performance of all Advisors against agreed KPI&rsquo;s, instigating appropriate corrective action, using performance management tools, to manage any shortfall;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Undertake formal quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings with each Advisor, ensuring objectives are continuously reviewed and linked to business KPI&rsquo;s;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements\/performance in line with company mission and values;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Facilitate a culture of open and honest 2 way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas and best practice;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where Advisors are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company; ensure actions from employee satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Coach, develop and motivate Advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job, together with opportunities for skills expansion and career development;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client\/campaign issues to Operations Manager;<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">Ensure appropriate actions are taken to improve client satisfaction survey scores.<\/span><\/p> <\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li> <p><span style=\"color: #1f497d\">High level of German&nbsp;
