Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Revenue Growth Manager (m\/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Analysis and follow-up of all promotions in the KPIs of volume, net Sales, profitability,&nbsp;<br>and efficiency of investments;<\/li> <li>Monitoring and analysis of promotional financial KPIs by client and brand;<\/li> <li>Develop promotional policy recommendations, recommended pricing policy and&nbsp;<br>evaluation of new formats and new products;<\/li> <li>Driven in the search for business solutions\/proposals to achieve the CO\/NS targets&nbsp;<br>foreseen in the company&#8217;s roadmap, managing KPIs such as price, portfolio, mix and&nbsp;<br>Promo;<\/li> <li>Ensure support to the team of NKAs and category managers, about Revenue KPIs and&nbsp;<br>encourage the definition and implementation of action plans that allow us to achieve&nbsp;<br>internal objectives.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Degree in the areas of Management, Marketing or Economics;<\/li> <li>At least 3 years experience in a simulated role;<\/li> <li>Financial Knowledge (including PL Management for clients and Brands), as well as&nbsp;<br>Price, Promo and ROI analysis of Promotional initiatives;<\/li> <li>Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI;<\/li> <li>Strategic thinking and ability to propose recommendations to the business;<\/li> <li>Communication and relational skills, as well as evidence of proactivity and focus on&nbsp;<br>solutions;<\/li> <li>Proactivity and curiosity in learning and contributing to the business;<\/li> <li>Ability to adapt to unexpected changes or challenges.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Our client is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company.
