Lisbon &#8211; Alfragide"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Financial Services area, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a IT Applicational Analyst (M\/F).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Supporting the definition of our domain-wide rollout roadmap for standard processes<\/li> <li>Focus on delivering standard requirements in a complex environment<\/li> <li>Responsible for defining design standards for future documents (ARIS or similar)<\/li> <li>Provide benchmarks, best practice, sparring and knowledge transfer to several teams<\/li> <li>Participation in multiple projects simultaneously<\/li> <li>In the incident management process, you need to be responsible for monitor incident process, support internal teams and support the IT service provider.<\/li> <li>In the problem management process, you need to support the internal team and all the problem process they may have.<\/li> <li>Support business regarding IT problems and doubts.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Support Application Landscape management and information security system process.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Previous experience of 1 year in similar positions, like Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Support Application.<\/li> <li>Demonstrated Financial experience (Automotive), Retail, Wholesale and Renting ( a distinct advantage ); Insurance &amp; Services.<\/li> <li>University degree in Information Technology Management or Computer Science or a comparable degree.<\/li> <li>Process Oriented.<\/li> <li>Team Oriented Skills.<\/li> <li>Native Portuguese, proficiency in English.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of ISO quality Standards related to ITC&amp;BPM activities.<\/li> <li>Profound Knowledge of MS Office. &middot;
