The company is committed to sustainability and diversity policies and seeks to strengthen its team with an <strong>Accounting Manager (m\/f)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>The <strong>Accounting Manager <\/strong>will be responsible for establishing financial statements, ensuring monthly reporting and closing. The main tasks are:&nbsp;<\/p> <ul> <li>Oversee the monthly closing process to ensure its integrity;<\/li> <li>Track transactional operations (payables, receivables, travel &amp; expenses): invoice processing, payments, expense claims, and dispute resolution;<\/li> <li>Handle accrual entries and manual journal postings, set up fixed assets in SAP;<\/li> <li>Review depreciation schedules and payroll entries;<\/li> <li>Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and validate balance sheet and income statement accounts for accuracy;<\/li> <li>Generate accounts receivable (A\/R) and accounts payable (A\/P) reports, including aging analysis;<\/li> <li>Participate in physical inventories of assets and stock;<\/li> <li>Liaise with auditors and ensure Tax compliance in close relationship with external advisors;<\/li> <li>Prepare consolidation reports for the parent company, including P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.<\/li> <li>Initiate and oversee payment campaigns and reconcile bank accounts;<\/li> <li>Track local subsidy files and group funding.<\/li> <li>Ensure conformity with Internal Control principles;<\/li> <li>Ensure accuracy of several declarations: VAT, Intrastat, CIT-Modelo 22; IES, and others.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Degree\/Master&rsquo;s in Accounting, Management, or Economics;<\/li> <li>Experience in similar roles (5 to 10+ years) &ndash; Industry sector experience is a plus;<\/li> <li>Valid Chartered Accountant certification;<\/li> <li>Proficient in analytical accounting;<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel;<\/li> <li>Mandatory experience as a SAP FI user; experience in information system migration is valued;<\/li> <li>Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills, responsibility, organization, and adherence to deadlines;<\/li> <li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Our client is a global leader in the business equipment industry and a pioneer in new technologies.
