Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (m\/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Market and Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights for campaign development;<\/li> <li>Project Management Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed within established deadlines and budgets;<\/li> <li>Interdepartmental Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, shopper marketing, and media, to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment;<\/li> <li>Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement;<\/li> <li>Development of Marketing Materials Assist in the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support marketing initiatives across different touchpoints;<\/li> <li>Stakeholder Relationship Management Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, such as agencies and suppliers, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of campaigns.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Experience 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare sector;<\/li> <li>Proven experience in managing marketing projects;<\/li> <li>Education Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Management, or Pharmaceutical Sciences;<\/li> <li>Postgraduate degree or MBA will be an advantage;<\/li> <li>Technical Skills Solid knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and ability to analyze data and KPIs;<\/li> <li>Behavioral Skills<\/li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments, strong organizational and time management skills and creativity and strategic thinking;<\/li> <li>Languages Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (written and spoken).&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Danone is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company.
