Claire Joster is recruiting a Firmware Engineer (M\/F) for a client that operates in the energy sector.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The company is currently hiring people for the Embedded Systems team, to cooperate in new embedded systems design and development. Your job will include: <\/p>

  • Design, develop, and test embedded systems software for a range of applications.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture and integration.<\/li>
  • Implement and debug real-time operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers.<\/li>
  • Write and optimize firmware for microcontrollers, processors, and sensors.<\/li>
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues and ensure high reliability.<\/li>
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and code reviews.<\/li>
  •  Conduct validation and verification testing to meet safety and performance standards.<\/li>
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in embedded systems engineering. <\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Requisitos<\/h4>\n

    Key qualifications <\/p>

    • Electrical Engineer (Electronics, Automation, or Telecommunications) or equivalent;<\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills Strong proficiency in C\/C++ programming for embedded systems. Must have knowledge in Python and or Java;<\/li>
    • Experience with Cybersecurity implementation for embedded systems (encryption, certificate management, TPM);<\/li>
    • Knowledge of RTOS concepts and real-time constraints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  <\/li> <\/ul>

      Nice to have <\/p>

      • Basic knowledge of SCRUM product development methodology<\/li>
      • Embedded Web interfaces, embedded linux, Docker<\/li>
      • Communication protocols: Modbus\/IP; MQTT<\/li>
      • Embedded Linux (Yocto)<\/li>
      • Knowledge of the electric grid, and new actors such as PV inverters and EV chargers<\/li>
      • Good understanding of the business: Product management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n
